Joel Curado Silveirinha

Joel is the Head of the Program Management Office, IoE for Cities, part of Cisco’s Smart+Connected Communities organization. Joel currently oversees worldwide deployments of smart city solutions in key lighthouse cities. Previous to this role, Joel developed new Urban Services solutions for Cities focused on infrastructure management in order to provide a better quality of life for cities and its citizens through technology.

With an academic background in Economics, as well as a specialization in Project and Product Management, Joel is passionate about innovation, entrepreneurship, participative democracy and sustainability.
