Dr. Carsten Brosda

Carsten Brosda is Commissioner of the Senate of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg for Media.  Before that he was head of the communications department of the Social Democratic Party of Germany and deputy head of the policy and planning staff of the German Federal Ministry for Labour and Social Affairs. He worked as a political strategist and as a speechwriter. He is a trained journalist and a holds a Ph.D. in journalism studies.
