Daniela Mayrshofer – Founder and CEO Consensa
Daniela provides training and consulting for project teams who aim to deliver first class results through co-creation and collaboration. She supported hundreds of projects in various industries and trained more than 1000 consultants in process-oriented project management skills. She has published many works about collaborative project management and loves to facilitate interdisciplinary groups with different opinions to develop a consensus. Her passion is to think out of the box and create new ideas for a sustainable future. As a mentor, she enables young social entrepreneurs in different countries to care for a life worth living life and continuous development. These days, Daniela`s heart beats for a “Smart Olympic City Hamburg”. Consensa Project Consulting Consensa is a team of 20 consultants and coaches who train and facilitate interdisciplinary project teams to succeed and have fun at the same time. The company was founded in 1989 by Daniela Mayrshofer who leads the current team together with her business partner Kai Milkereit. Consensa is located in Hamburg`s Fischmarkt area.
Kay Hartkopf – Founder Urbandigits
Kay founded urbandigits in 2015 and provides consulting services for the digital transformation of cities, be it individual projects in specific sectors (e.g. transportation, energy, culture) or a digital strategy for the city. Before founding urbandigits he led IBM Smarter Cities in DACH and worked with numerous public sector and industry accounts delivering IT solutions and services. Being passionate about new digital developments and business opportunities he offers a fresh view on opportunities and possibilities to leverage digital technologies for he city. Having worked as manager and associate partner for many large and small companies Kay has 25 years experience in IT services and consulting. Kay is an active member of BITKOM and DIN/DKE working on topics related to the digital transformation of cities. Since 2014 he is the co-chair for the working group Hamburg 2.030 (Smart City) at the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce. urbandigits urbandigits supports cities in finding their way to leverage digital technologies for growth and urban development. Assessing the current situation and considering current and future challenges we develop a digital vision and digital road map for the city. We build on a network of skilled experts and industry partners to provide the right team for the job.
