He is both Lawyer & Banker, holding a Ph.D. in Corporate Law. Tom served as executive assistant to the CEO of a german bank, gaining valuable insights on how corporations tick. Later he worked as Chief Financial Officer at an academic institution, before venturing his first startup. Tom is in charge of biz dev, operations & legal.
